Greetings for the day!

This is to inform you that as per current situation, our firm shall be lock down tonight 10p.m until further notification.

In this scenario, management would be enabling access to all department executives with work from home privilege. All of you shall contact your immediate reporting officer for further details of work from home. It's understood that employees shall have his/her own laptop or desktop facility with an internet of good speed. Hereafter, all executives under work from home privilege has to be available over phone or email during thier office time,also make sure that all leaves have to be planned and considered. Once this is implemented successfully, by refering with your department head contact our respective clients and assure them that the work will be completed in stipulated time.

Hope in this crisis situation, to overcome a huge disaster and to maintain our firm's smooth working pattern, all of us have to abide with this new work culture. Lets stand together and overcome this issue.
