Expert Solution

Titration is a method to determine the concentration of a substance in a solution by adding a solution of appropriate reagent with known concentration. Measured amounts of the reagent with known concentration are added until a change in color or electrical measurement occurs. Once the reaction of known proportion takes place, it can be used to calculate the unknown concentration. Generally some indicator is used for determining the end point. Potentiometric titrations can also be used when no indicator is needed. In this method we can measure emf of the cell. conductometric titrations can be used of measuring pH of the unknown solution. In real life titration can be used in various fields.

For Medical :

Pharmacists use titration to get a desired mixture of drugs. Titration is also used to observe blood glucose levels in patients with diabetes as well as in pregnancy tests and other applications of urinalysis.

For Biodiesel:

Titration is used in the production of biodiesel to determine the acidity of waste vegetable oil which is one of the primary ingredients in biodiesel production.

For Water :

Titration is used to test the underwater environment in fresh water and marine aquariums. Certain properties such as water pH and concentration of ammonia, nitrates and nitrites are measured and then corrected to ensure the survival of marine life being kept in the aquarium.

Provide an example of a real-time application and, to the best of your knowledge, discuss its following aspects: What would be the involved periodic tasks? What would be their release time (or release-time jitter)? What would be the aperiodic tasks in the application? What would be their release time, i.e., events that would trigger the aperiodic tasks? What would be the sporadic tasks in the application? What would be their release time, i.e., events that would trigger the aperiodic tasks?

In your own words, what is consideration? Provide an example (real life or hypothetical, but not a published online case) of adequate consideration OR lack of consideration. Explain the circumstances surrounding your example - e.g. what did each person say, etc. Then explain how the facts you detail constitute adequate consideration or lack of consideration. For example: My two year-old is precariously holding his Winnie the Pooh cup (with no lid) filled with milk. He's standing on the carpet with...
