In abstract thinking, Amazon company provide a chance to thinking about concepts, job rotations, simulations, better mentoring, freedom in the workplace, the company come with new theories, use employees idea and imagination these techniques helps to abstract employees thinking.

In management Better performance and abstract thinking support as that helps in gain employee satisfaction, increase the productivity of management, reduce accidents in management, reduce stress in management, higher sales and better management prediction, etc.

And in the delivery of information systems by an increment in employee satisfaction supports as boost every functioning of the company, fostering a culture that helps in promoting knowledge and skills, better communication with the customer, increase availability, cost-effective productivity.
