What is this Corona disease?

Corona is a Latin term that means “halo” or crown. It is a deadly disease for humans and birds. RecentlyThis deadly disease is an outbreak in China. Up to 25th January 2020 there 1,975 death cases have been reported.slowly it is becoming the pandemic disease. Scientists have no idea still how lethal this disease will become because it is spreading rate is quite high. Symptoms of this disease are fever, breathlessness, cough, leads to death, etc. Symptoms may be developed or not. It takes 2 to 14 days to notice symptoms. No vaccines are available.

Where is a disease prevalent?

This severe upper respiratory disease was recently found in Wuhan, Hubei province, China 2019.

What organisms does this disease infect and how is it transmitted from host to host?

Corona disease is causing by coronavirus 2019-nCoV strain. It is a virus encoding the longest (26,000 to 32,000 bases) RNA based single-stranded virus. These viruses typically affect the respiratory tract of mammals, including humans.

This virus is highly transmissible, the following are some possible transmission criteria:

1. It can transmit by air, my be by Coughing and sneezing the droplets disperse into the air and if already disease containing person does not cover the mouth this disease can spread

2. By touching or shaking hands.

3. By touching your nose, eyes, or mouth after touching any surface which has already that virus.
