Authentic leadership approach-- This emphasizes building the leader's legitimacy through honest relationship with followers which value their input and are build on an ethical foundation.
Pros
1. The leader is more able to maintain trust and cohesion among the group
Empowering employees and guiding them through the task in an empathetic and honest manner
2. Ability to build positive and rewarding relationship
Employee- leader relationship on the development and on listening to people's ideas and thoughts.
3. It provide consistency to the organization
If leader is passionate about the sustainability then it always provide back drop to everything the organization does
4. It guarantee the high moral and ethical standards
As they use the morality to guide leadership, the authentic leaders don't seek self-gain but want the organization to succeed and prosper along with the subordinates
Cons
