Compare and contrast the MLR, CDC and HLA genotyping A
First of all understand these condition that are immunological events occur in the body against certain agents or xenobiotics or during the any sort of malignancy. Our body has developed certain cells, which regularly interact to counter the effect of antigen or other pathogens (bacterial or viral). MLR for Mixed lymphocyte reaction, HLA is acronym for Human leukocyte antigen (for genotyping A) whereas CDC is stand for complement dependent cytotoxicity.
The common similarity present in all the molecule is defense against various agents and constitute of immunity in an individual. MLR is belonging to MHC (one and two) in an individual whereas HLA show opposite function and exhibit incompatibility between recipient and donor that can be completed through genotyping A (mainly through molecular parameters). Similarly, CDC and MLR also are part of immune response where CDC for cytotoxicity wherein MLR for cellular immunity (particularly response). All these parameters can be evaluated through in vitro assays and antibodies and antigen reaction also involved.
