Advocacy process is a dynamic process. it identifies the issue, develops solution, builds support, brings issues, and political will together to ensure that the desired change takes place. in short, it involves monitoring and evaluating the entire process.

Steps of the advocacy process:

1. Set smart goals: for successful campaign one must define what sucess looks like. to do so, term goals so that they are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely.

2. Create the strategy: strategy plays an important role in bridging the gap between goals and actions the grassroots strategy will determine which grassroots campaigns tactics will be most effective. can develop a small team who can collaborate openly to develop a dynamic and diverse grassroots strategy.

3. Clear communication: The message needs to be simple and clear to the right audience. from print to blogs, the message for the audience must be relevant to them.

4. Funds: even if volunteer force present with passion and energy successful grassroots advocacy still requires cash. money for resources like advertising, advocacy tools, tables at events, feeding volunteers. this should be added in the strategic plan so that its known how much to raise the fund.

safety is the best practice. participants who are prepared ,educated, traines, well equipped and follow the rules will be better able to avoid injury, participate with confidence and maintain their participation long term.building safe and healthy participation will enrich everyones experience as they enjoy the benefits of physical activity.

Its legistation: some countries have used international policy environment and international law as means of providing the necessary impetus for developing national policy.
