  • Predisposing factors

The predisposing factors are important to prevent the accidents that occur without the use of helmet in teens .To avoid such accidents class rooms are better place to educate them. Monthly a vehicle inspector should take classes on the risks developed driving without helmet. Video presentations showing the importance of helmets can also be displayed.

  • Reinforcing activites

A reward is usually a better way to achieve success. So prizes can be given to those who follows the traffic rules. Nutrition in teens is another concerning issue . Compare to other group of people the teens have specific likes and dislikes. actually they requires high fat , high protein, high carbohydrates foods to meet their nutritional needs. They should iclude more greens in their diet. The foods should be quickly digestive including quick digest carbohydrates and should be low in fat and protein during rides on bike. It is to prevent digestive issues. A reward in the form of appreciation can be given to those who follow such diet patterns.

  • Enabling activities

The most common problem that arising in nutrition of teens is that they do not have knowledge to select foods that suits to their body needs.A training program must be conducted to enable them yo select appropriate food groups. Among teens , some will be undernourished and some will be obese so care must be taken to provide training based on their health status to select appropriate foods suitable to their body. The obese people requires low fat , moderate proein foods with low carb foods and undernourished people require high carb, high fat,high protein foods. So a better training is the best way to achieve a nutritional knowledge among teens in the selection of appropriate foods.
