1.Social Customer Relationship Management helps the business and their sales and marketing that would help them to engage in a two way communication. Customers can become the active participants with this approach and can be included in the story of a brand and it helps them to see the brand value of the firm as well. 2. Social Media could be effectively used by the HR management as it is a good source for finding the right employee prospects, for the recruitment of the candidated and also could be used have the right feedback and evaluation of the employees as well. Organisations often use many social media applications like LinkedIn to hire the best people around the market at a lower cost and better quality.

3. The information and data we can see mainly shared by the customers using the social media is the metadata like the language spoken, user's location, biographical data or demographical data and or the shared links of every individual. It is a vluable option for the marketers as it helps in looking for customer insights that may help the business to increase the sales by tracking the demand trends.

4. The advantages of using a social network and connecting with people having better and more resources than us is that it helps us to effectively communicate and collaborate. One can pay the freelancers or other companies for the collaboration, advertisement or handling the demand trends. It helps the company to market their goods reaching those accounts which people already know and follow. Thus paying famous people help the companies to reach to the target audience as those people collaborate and help the companies to effective win. Instant communication tools, information and tracking in real life using the technology are all available because of the social media helping to create the brand exposure.
