1. Output goal: It refers to that goal which is set up based on
the output desired. Most of the people define this type of goal to
achieve their desires or output.
2. Adaptation goals: It is the goal set for adaptation into a
proposed change. It is meant for enhancing the adaptive capacity
for the sake of its survivability in a changing environment.
3. Management goals: The plans that are intended and fixed by the
management are communicated to the employees as management goals.
These are specific and are capable to clearly define its
objectives.
4. Motivational goal: People all have some goals to achieve.
Sometimes they get demotivated and goals remained meaningless. So
in that case, we feel that we should get motivated to achieve these
goals. Motivation refers to inner energy which helps us to
accomplish our passion, desires, dreams.
5. Positional goals: It refers to the goal which is defined as a
position from where we start and how we have to handle the
situation through getting into. Here, we find out the starting
position of the problem or situation and then use it to achieve the
goals.
