- Affiliation - This is
one of the important leadership style for managing the reduced
working hours in any organization /firm. It allow the
employees/staffs to put their needs first. The productivity
increases as the schedule of the employee are flexible and allow
them to work free. The leader can permit the staffs for JOb sharing
, for example shift rotation making one person to work in first
shift while other in 2nd one.Providing the employee with
responsibilities and deadline to meet the objective . withtthe help
of Job sharing the Job sharer would work three days a week .This is
the leadership by affiliation
- The reduced work hours
has a disadvantage that the managers and the employees take extra
tension and stress for the whole long days of work which is
exhasuting in nature .It can be managed by giving the autonomy to
vary the duties which they are performing throughout the day .As a
leader , the leader is in a position to motivate the employees by
leaving early for family events which will balance them between the
job demnads and pace of work to meet the deadline with the fresh
energy .This is the leadership by

- As a leader , one should
follow the coaching style to create the schedule for outside
stimulation of employees , time to rest and enjoy the outside
activities , additional training.By making the mandatory time for
such things it will create the envt. which will support the
expectation of leader for work achievements. This is the leadership
