  • Affiliation - This is one of the important leadership style for managing the reduced working hours in any organization /firm. It allow the employees/staffs to put their needs first. The productivity increases as the schedule of the employee are flexible and allow them to work free. The leader can permit the staffs for JOb sharing , for example shift rotation making one person to work in first shift while other in 2nd one.Providing the employee with responsibilities and deadline to meet the objective . withtthe help of Job sharing the Job sharer would work three days a week .This is the leadership by affiliation
