How can glass be a liquid if it's so hard?

Make it in an outline form not paragraph. Use your own words at least 100 words.

Solutions

Expert Solution

Scientists specifies to any amorphous solid as a "glass". Glass transitions are known as highly complex which means, they cannot be treated in the same way as traditional phase transitions. One drink of alcohol is quite enoguht to affect your brain, whether you are an alcoholic or a casual social drinker. Alcohol is a psychoactive drug that interferes directly with the normal functioning of many parts of the brain. Fortunately, much of the effect caused by alcohol consumption can be repaired by the body when the person stops drinking.

Glass is not a liquid in the strictest sense of the word. However, it is also not a standard solid. The chemistry of glass is complex and research is ongoing, but the present consensus is that glass is a phase of matter all its own, which is called an "amorphous solid"

6. Sometimes it's hard to tell which thing is the solvent and which the solute – for example you can make mixtures of water and methanol at any proportion. Fortunately, Raoult's law doesn't care which thing you call the solvent or solute; at a given temperature, both things have vapor pressures that fit the equation    PA = ΧA PA0 - where the right-hand side of the equation is the mole fraction times the pure liquid vapor pressure at that temperature....
