Systematic result in an inquiry field in a research involves three basic functions and that are-
1. Collection of data
data Collection is the first step which includes gathering the
information required from all possible sources. Data can be
collected from either the primary source i.e. first hand data or it
can be from secondary source i.e. data which is already collected.
The only thing that you need to keep in mind while collecting the
data is that it should be reliable and as per the current time.
data can be collected through questionnaires and survey.
2. Analysis of data
Once the data is collected it is classified, presented, summarized
and analysis is done so that results or conclusion can be drawn
from the findings. data analysis is way of modeling the information
that is collected to find the conclusions. Various methods,
techniques and tools are used in order to find the result of the
data.
3. Report writing
Once the conclusion is made and the findings of the research are
known the important step now is to frame the report of the research
. Report writing is a way of presenting the entire research project
in the documentation form. This research report is actually used to
communicate the research findings to the relevant people . Research
reports are also preserved for future references.
