1. Collection of data

2. Analysis of data
Once the data is collected it is classified, presented, summarized and analysis is done so that results or conclusion can be drawn from the findings. data analysis is way of modeling the information that is collected to find the conclusions. Various methods, techniques and tools are used in order to find the result of the data.

3. Report writing
Once the conclusion is made and the findings of the research are known the important step now is to frame the report of the research . Report writing is a way of presenting the entire research project in the documentation form. This research report is actually used to communicate the research findings to the relevant people . Research reports are also preserved for future references.
