Rationality -It is very important to maintain rationality . Keeping cool and handling the situation is very important .
Responsibility -responsibility should be placed on the non compliant Individual. Confronting the individual is not acceptable here rather you should give a choice .
Directive - Explanation of the directive is vital .Informing the individual with potential benefits and clearing the doubts
Setting up limits which are reasonable -Non compliance involves setting up of limits . So it is very important to wait and don't enforce unnecessary limits .
Enforcing limits -Imposing limits and then enforcing them is important . Always be prepared to enforce the limits you have imposed .
Stressing the negative - Stressing the negative should be avoided . Limits should not be in the ultimatum form. Your objective approach is needed in order to explain the choices .
