For this assessment task, you will be required to outline how the study of Humanities enables us to learn more about how traditions and ideas influence culture. In modern times, the Humanities has come to encompass a large variety of topics, all of which reference back to culture in various aspects. The study of the Humanities is essentially a study of what makes us human. While broad in scope, its focus on critical thinking, analyzing, and the ability to reflect on one's place in the larger narrative of humankind.

and the ideas non material culture refers to values,beliefs system ,rules ,norms ,morals,languages,organizations and institutions.

Humanities are study of how people process and document the human experiences.in other words it is study of human culture.

*culture basically includes speech,knowledge,beliefs ,arts,technologies,ideals and rules.
*usually humanities foster social justice and equality.
-teach empathy
-helps to build skills in writing and critical reading
-encourages us to think creatively
-develop informed and critical citizens.
Humans had acquired the ability to learn from others and to copy ,imitate and improve upon their actions.This means elements of culture themselves-ideas,language,belief,songs art,technology etc are transmited to others and reproduced.
