Below are some of the ways in which organization communication and work life balance is altered.

• Through social media many employees connect each other by messaging or calls.
• Since most of the people uses social media, there might be delay in the work output and reduced productivity which directly affect the work life balance.
• Communication issues may arises due to conflicts of employees thoughts and ideas in the social media.
• Using of social media to share important organization information through social media may have privacy issue and eventually put the employee in trouble for the job role.
• Using of social media during working time may leads to wrong/false work.
• social media in the work life may increase the project duration and makes difficult to deliver work/services.
