Let us consider the action my parents to which I respond the most . The response is Positive Attention . The main characteristics of this response are the attention and warmth involved in it . Whenever I do something or about to do something when my parents respond to me or ask me in a warming way and also take interest in my thing it always generates a good positive response from my side .

There are number of factors which motivates me

A sense of accomplishment or a constant need of achievement .
A sense of higher purpose
Memories of Mom just to make her proud . She passed away recently in February

There are number of ways I use to motivate myself

Thinking about good memories with my mom which instantly mortviates me as making her proud or thinking about her motivates me to do ,I work with more energy and passion
Using self affirmative talking in difficult or stressful situations
Listening to motivational speeches and reading about success stories
Self modeling
Being from a sports background helps me to stay motivated as I have seen so many failures in my life so sports are given the ability to bounce back all the time .
