The effort to improve employee performance is counseling or coaching. coaching is part of the day-to-day interaction between a supervisor and an employee who reports to her, or an HR professional and line managers. Coaching often provides positive feedback about employee contributions. Employees need to know when they are effective contributors.

The purpose of performance training is not to make an employee feel bad or show how much an HR professional or manager knows. The purpose of training is to work with employees to solve performance problems and improve the performance of employees, teams and departments.

Correcting negative behaviours:-Explain performance issues to employees. Focus on problems or actions that need improvement, not people. Discuss possible solutions to the problem or any remedial action to be taken. Ask the staff for ideas on how to fix the problem, or make sure the problem doesn't happen again. Talk to a good-performing employee about continuous improvement. We can help employees report improving their current performance or help them work more efficiently if they are already effective. Performance training is a powerful tool when used by managers.

Reinforcement:- Positive reinforcement involves adding rewarding stimuli (e.g. bonuses) to increase positive behaviour (e.g. productivity). Negative reinforcement involves reducing abnormal stimuli (such as a person's office environment) to increase positive behaviour (such as productivity).

Example:-The pen, t-shirt and desktop toys of the company logo can be a positive boost, rewarding individual efforts and encouraging them to continue to do well and remain valuable members of the work team.

Successful employee communication is essential to business success.

1.Culture creation:-Make transparent and direct efforts to challenge the business and financial business.

2. Make your message audible-the way you communicate can be as important as the nature of your communication.

3. Look at management attitudes-employees will be silent when they see the company's culture and management are discouraged.
