Describe the concept of corporate culture as it relates to a company's employees. Use examples of positive and negative corporate cultures from either your own personal experience or from internet research. In what ways can public relations tactics be used to create a positive corporate culture?

Corporate Culture basically refers to the beliefs ,behaviors and values that determines how the company's employees and management interact with each other and manage internal and outside business transactions demonstrating the company's core beliefs and values.

Some examples of positive corporate culture are:

1) Low Employee Turnover - Simply means employees have been around for a long time and have no intention of leaving .

2) Sense of job security- Employees have developed a sense of security of their jobs among other employees at the workplace .

3) Embracing new ideas - Employees embracing new ideas all the time , do not sulk or reluctant at a new idea instead giving suggestions or providing a better solution delivering that idea .

Some examples of negative corporate culture are:

1) High Employee Turnover- Employees joining and leaving the organisation too soon and not been around for a while due to dissatisfaction in their jobs , team members behaviors , company culture etc.

2) Fear of Change - Employees are reluctant to changes or new ideas been implemented at workplace .

3) Nepotism - Employers giving jobs or offering positions to their friends or relatives , favouring their dear ones .

Ways for creating a Positive Corporate Culture :

1) Emphasizing on employee wellness and health by organising various health seminars and sport events .

2) Positive communication between Employer and Employees build a supportive relationship that could assist excelling employee's skills and talents .

3) Employee Feedback is important as it shows that the company interested to know how as a company , can improve and do better.

4) Encouraging and promoting employees to brainstorm new ideas for the company ,resulting in realisation of  their full potential and making them believe that their efforts are being considered .
