  • Advertisers make use of emotional and humour appeals to persuade the audience to change their attitudes.Anti-smoking ads make use of fear appeal,bu showing pictures of people suffering from lung cancer and other problems due to smoking and persuading people to give up smoking as its effects are so dangerous.If the source is credible,the audience is likely to be persuaded.
