Physician Assisted death should be legal ?Why or why not

Ø Physician assisted death(PAD) is not legal in most of the countries Except Few countries due to pressure from some politicians and patient support group (Netherland,Switzerland,Canada..).According to the penal code 1860 this is a violation of law under section 302(Punishment for murder) or under section 304 (Punishment for culpable homicide not amounting to murder)

Ø Committing suicide itself it was an offense, so of course physical Assisted death also illegal.

Based on the Analysis on Physician assisted death in social level will face many problems Like Fake murder from the Physician also will happen for money benefit, Affected person family members also might plan for Murder for financial benefits, Moral value of people ,how Culture and religion will play role in minds of people, Some people think this was against his religion belief systems

Ø Also physician assisted death was against the values of care, respect, compassion, dignity.it was understood some patients will get excessive pain, suffer from terminal, Debilitating illeness from the affected disease .During this time physician can assist the patient by giving pain killer ,sleeping bills etc…Whatever may be reasons, permitting physican to engage in assited suicide will impact people badly.
