If the patient doesn't want to disclose his/her condition to family.it is okay because their right of choice should be respected. It is up to the patient whether he/she want to tell his/her family or not.

Alzheimer's disease is a mental disorder that causes a decrease in mental ability to remember and think properly that affect the patient's daily life.

Symptoms of dementia:

  • Memory loss
  • Communication problems
  • problem in paying attention
  • poor Reasoning and decision making
  • poor balance and body coordination
