Expert Solution

The real purpose of pillow method as implied by MBA notes world is for solving complex conflicts and issues that need diverse approaches to solve. These are issues that have diverse alternatives which could be used as the right approaches to solving a given situation.

The pillow methods have four approaches, I am right and you are wrong, you are right and I am wrong, Both Right or Both wrong.

In this case, we can use the pillow method to solve such kind of conflict.

In the position one, one person will give reason to prove that he is right and another person is wrong or he can use the second approach. In both approaches, people demand firm logic. Last two approaches work with some conditions and both person show conditions and reach one solution.

The expanded view of the situation might affect the interpersonal communication because the communication depends on the trust and logic so that sometimes this situation reach no solution.
