Spending time and resources on managing the human side of change will be helping the business in adaptation of the change in a better manner because it is not just the technological advancement but it is also be adaptability of the workforce to the technological advancement that will be helping the business in order to extract most of the profits and it will be helping the business in satisfaction of the workforce because the workforce will be feeling like their skill has been improved and advanced and they are more satisfied and motivated to work towards the goals of the company which are in the synchronisation with their own goals.

This is important because this will be helping the employees in order to gain higher skill and they will be working in synchronisation with the goals of the company in order to achieve the objectives of the company and maximize the value of the company and the company could better adapted to be technology through technological as well as human aspect of it so the company will have a skilled workforce to deal with the technological aspects of change.
