Facebook is an American social networking service pioneer based in Melo park, California founded in 2004 with 2.2 billion active users with approx. 40 billion of operating revenue.

As per my perspective with principles behind the interview process is not too complex because, such type of organization has to make sure that they are hiring the right guy for their vacant position because in today’s innovative and disruptive world the organization mandate is that the employees should be capable to diagnose the problem at the grass root level rather than coming up with the solution of a wrong situation.

Below are the principles followed by the organization.

  • Determining the objectives:

Through this approach, the interviewers know the requirement in advance before he / she start taking interview with the potential candidate, as this will give a head start in developing plans about the job description which will in turn help the candidates in giving them transparency.

  • On Job Training:

This activity plays a critical role whether to hire the potential candidate or not because they interact with concerned members of the department for which the organization is hiring, so that both the stakeholders are on the same page while they are interacting with each other.

  • In-depth Analysis:

The time spend at the time of interview is limited, therefore the interviewer make sure he/she goes through the complete resume of the candidate, as it helps them to identity their skill sets, experience, previous job experience in a much better way because then the interviewer can prepare appropriate questions before the interview starts.
