The chief role of a nurse is to heal a patient with the given order of the Doctor.

There are different types of nursing services available.

Scenario working with in the scope

1) RN administering the medication to the patient,as the responsibility to see whether the client has any allergic reactions to the drug,side effects, indication, following rights of drug administration and results.

2) Preparing the patient for any type of diagnostic procedures or surgeries but cannot do the procedure or surgeries

Scenario of working not within the scope

1)The nurse who has no licence can work as a care taker after doing the course

2)The NP can do some simple type of surgery but not complicated one.
