Firstly i choose the two different states one is

Rajasthan which is my home state and another is delhi in country india..

I saw there are a lot of difference in the healthcare system like RAJSTHAN is begin to develop so there are need of improvement in health care structure

And yup there are some situations which are illegal in Delhi but it is legally in our home State as in Rajasthan like as we all know that the selling of narcotics are illegal in country but in the some area it is legally because of the situation of that area they have to sell..

For eg in urban area selling of cough syrup which contains narcotics like codeine patients need to give the registered prescription to the pharmacists but in some rural area there is no need of such things because the pharmacist know that they can not abel.to take the prescription due to poor situation so at this situation pharmacist give them evn without of prescription..

So as in the same.mammner of nursing department we know that abortion due to girl child is illegal but for some.money they do that i mean why wats the need . doesn't u have humanity.

On the topic like the biometric medical are starts in Rajasthan now days but in delhi it starts earlier so in that situation providing the patient data is legal but in some area it is illegal..

So from the discussion the only respond is that we have to make the policy in which the patient get the same rights even in rural or in urban area and he must get the all his need requirements as legally..
