I need to market the new service I am going to make- RENTING clothes, shoes, etc. from the company ZARA using the 4Ps and 4Cs.

Product(Service)
Here, in the case of, ZARA, what we have is a service that is renting of clothes and shoes, etc. Customers especially youngsters want to wear a variety of clothes and shoes daily. But their financial condition may not be suitable for buying new clothes and shoes.ZARA is trying to address this problem by making a platform for renting it out. We plan to start an e-commerce website and a mobile app for facilitating this.
Price
The price will be determined by the customers themselves and the company ZARA will be charging a commission for each transaction taking place through the website.
Place
We will have a group of staff who will facilitate the exchange of items in each of the cities. Courier services and parcel services will also be used for exchanging items in remote places.
Promotion
All media will be used for advertising the service of ZARA. More focus will be given to social media campaigns to attract youngsters to the service. Also, discounts, loyalty offers, etc will be provided to increase the number of transactions on the website.
4Cs
Customer
Youngsters between the ages group of 15-35 are the major target group of ZARA. These customers want to change their clothes and shoes on every occasion in order to attain a new look, but these youngsters will not afford the price of new clothes and shoes daily. So ZARA can address the problem of this category of customers.
Cost
The cost will be very cheap compared to the price of new clothes and shoes. The customers could definitely afford the service.
Convenience
Our service will be very convenient as the transaction could be done on the e-commerce website. Customers could avail of their clothes or shoes anytime without the worry of weather conditions or traffic congestion.
Communication
Customers will have an option to give ratings and feedback about the features of cloth or shoes. Owners of cloth or shoes will also be able to rate the customer regarding the upkeep of hygiene etc. Rates of clothes and shoes can be adjusted according to the ratings and feedbacks. The company will publish all its offers, discounts, etc. on its website and also customers will be given personalized emails and text messages.
