It is very important for a particular store to maintain the customer's records. The old method to store the customer 's records was excel sheets and the second and method were to take the simple printouts of the customer's information and store that file of printouts in the cabinet. But this method is not suitable to store huge data and to maintain the integrity of that data. The best method to store the customer's records of multiple stores is CRM(Customer Relationship Management) Database Software.CRM Software helps in storing customer's records and it helps in organizing, the security of the records.
