Write about Mental Wellness and how a person can improve mental health in their lives in about 2 paragraphs. Please write in your own words.
Answer -
Mental wellness could be defined as the positive mental health of the person which help him or her to cope up with the stress and challenges in life. In this era, mostly people are living stressful life which adversely impact their mental health and due to which their mental wellness is affected. In order to improve the mental health in life people need to change their life style which includes sleeping on time, waking up on time, etc. People also need to eat healthy food and need to avoid unhealthy food from their diet.
They also should increase their physical activities, like doing exercise or jogging or running as it will make their immune system better and boost their mental capabilities which will be beneficial for their work as they can concentrate on work more and can retain things quickly. The people could also for meditation for the better mental health as it is one of the best way to reduce stress level and feel the positive vibes.
