It is generally advised to be ethical and Honest while negotiating, however, many times we end up being unethical. The below mentioned are the circumstances where i was unethical while negotiating-

1) I went to a retailer to purchase a pair of skates. The price he was offering was high as per me. So, i told him that another nearby shop was offering the same skates at 15% discount than the price he was offering even though i did'nt visit any nearby shop and i was playing bluff . After which, he agreed to sell those to me at 15% discount.

2) While negotiating for remuneration for a job profile in a reputed company, i was asked if i have any offers from other cmpanies or if i am satisfied with the salary offered by the company i am interviewing for. To this, i replied i had offers from 2 companies which are offering me much greater package than that was offered by them

These were the only times i have been unethical in my life.
