Corporate Ethics tactics and operating a business in an ethical manner takes time, effort and commitment. What are the key elements to a company having successful organizational ethics? What can we do as managers to encourage ethical behavior and to raise ethical standards in our organizations? There is sometimes a perceived conflict between earning profit and being responsible. What should CanGo do about adding violent games to their product mix? What impact might this have on the various stakeholders for the company? Why might the perception that profits can't mix with responsibility be false? How does this affect CanGo's decision whether to sell games with violent content?

A business come into existance to serve the need of the society ,a business get profit , customers , capital from the society it means business is a inseparable part of society so being a part of the society it is a ethical responsibility if business to do fair practices in business and they need to ensure that should provide all the benefits to differnt stakeholders.

To encourage their employees in an organization a manager should adopt all the ethical behavior first .

He should treat his employees in ethical manner

  • Fair wages /salaries to their employees
  • Provide better working environment
  • Fair job evaluation
  • Fair job promotion
  • Fair wages standard
  • Participation in managerial decision

Then employees of the organization will feel motivated and they will work with more effort to achieve the goal of the organization.

Earning profit and being rresponsible

No doubt fir the smooth functioning of a business profit is the necessary and profit is the only thing that motivate an entrepreneur to undertake any business activity but we should not forget that our main purpose is to satisfy the need if our customers then only we can sustain in the market .

Every business wants to enjoy less but long term profit rather then short-term gain for that purpose we need to be ethically responsible towards every stakeholders of the company.
