pls answer in the computer not a papper
Implication of Just-in-time known as JIT:
From Customer Point of View:
1. Material will arrive Just-in-time at the time of start of assembly or Production.
2. Avoid storage of supplied material at Cusotmer location.
3. Good and efficiant financials from Customer angle as Supplier will be paid only for supplier material and supplier material is used by Customer.
4. Material will arrive in JIT, so that every thing transport, logistics, warehouse, Goods Receipt will have complete clarity as everyone knows the Production rates on daily basis.
From Supplier Point of View:
1. Supplier will have complete clarity of Orders and Production Rates to supply directly to assembly / Production Lines.
2. Immediate feedback if any issues related to Quality / Engineering /Supply Chain.
3. Supplier will have good cash flow on a continious basis as Goods are inwarded on a set dates.
4. Planning from Supplier side regarding quantity, etc are clear and managing transport Truck for delivery ect can be planned efficiently.
Lean Supply:
Lean supply Chain is one where focus in on reducing wastes, cutting costs where the variability is low and high volumes.
Agile Supply:
Agile Supply Chain is one where focus is on responsing market demand with smaller, cusomizable batches of items.
