1. Explain what type of organizational structure Freshii uses.

-     In my opinion Freshii use a horizontal design and a functional and flat structure.

2. How does the organizational structure align with Freshii's values and culture? Explain.

- The Functional and flat structure aligns with Freshii’s values and culture because it has a clan culture, this includes giving employees more responsibilities, better communication between employees and a feeling of accomplishment.

3. How can the company make sure that franchisees are properly adhering to the culture? Explain.

-Since the company keeps a clan like culture, it is known that they all work in the same area showing their teamwork and cooperation with one another.

4. Do you think this is the type of structure that you would like to work in? Describe why or why not.

- I think I would work well in this type of structure, although I like to work alone being around a team is more motivating in my opinion. I’m also more reluctant to ask for help in a group setting rather than if I was by myself.
