I. Work from Home to employees: IT Companies are providing work from home to its employees for the performance of their respective tasks of job.

II. More Delegation of authorities: IT Companies have provided direct client interactions and direct access to company tools to the employees, so that they can perform their tasks without any hindrance maintaining social distancing.

III. Enriched trust value towards employees: IT Companies have enriched their trust value towards its employees by assigning works and clients to them to be handled.

IV. Emergence of work tracking tools: IT Companies have assigned work tracking tools to its employees for keeping a track of their performance. For example: IT companies like Microsoft and google.

V. Freedom to operate: IT Companies have given more freedom to its employees to operate their work from home without coming to office.

VI. Video conferencing with team and customers: For having meetings with the team or the customers, video conferencing are being utilized by the employees of IT Companies.
