Yes, I think it is very effective to search on LinkedIn. Linkedin is useful in job search in many different ways, but what I have found is that the indirect process of job search pays off really well. If you can build a strong network, then collaborating with leaders and finally getting the right opportunities will grow. When you have mastered the art of displaying your talent with the right words and in the right places, it can be quite useful to get a good job. LinkedIn offers a range of ways to expand our network by searching and connecting with relevant professionals in the industry. Some of the reasons that showed that searching on Linkedin is effective:

• On Linkedin, we can search for jobs by keywords or by locations very easily. We can also set job alerts for particular job types and get the job alert via emails.
• LinkedIn can recognize Boolean operators and filter results by the company, the number of years of experience, the level of work and seniority, this platform is very helpful for helping people make the necessary business connections against their competitors.
• LinkedIn is regularly interchanging and updating its algorithm to create the best results for every search. The activities performed in the profile of the searcher have a direct impact on the results of the search results.LinkedIn implements its algorithm uniquely for each member to determine relevance.
