Grief at some point can be seen in anyones life so we can say that it is universal .

But when it comes to nursing it is very common . Geief is a loss which can be of any loved one or anything which is personal may be end of relation .for nurses grief somehow is part of their life in which they become support system of thw patients .

Their are 5 stagea of grief .

1) shock - itnis emotional feeling of thw individual .how one reacts on hearing the newa of sorrow or something related to their own body .

2)denial - this is the stage in which individual feela lile worlf is.meaninglieaa to them .now noone is for them . But its and emotion which make the individual to cope up with the aituation amd get out of the shock and make them understand the reality of life .

3 anger - anger is a part of grieving procesa. Feeling anger and sddressing is very important . Beacause it plays a vital role in getting out of the grief

4) bargain - this also.okays a vital part as this makes the individual think either this or that . .to bargain that u will not do this in furure for example if individual wanted to commit suicide and he simehow survived then his anger and his bargain to save himself from this nuisense .

5) Depression - after the thought of bargaining thought of present comes in which is very natural for exaple of i will not suicide then how will I survive if there will be no.job . Then comes the point deoression . This is nit a sign of mental illness but by someone else help individual escapes out from the grief
