Expert Solution

Statutory interpretation refers to the process im which courts apply and interpret the legislation in the economy or for the particular country in working. It is considered that some portion of the interpretation is to be necessary when any of the case would involve a statute which means a written law which is passed by the legislative bodies. It is often that sometimes statute may have a straightforward and simple meaning. But many a times, there could be confusion and ambiguity found in the words of the statute that should resolved as soon as possible by the judge. Thus, to find the meaning for any particular stated statute, judges often use methods of interpretation and various tools like legislative history, traditional canons of the intrepretation and the purpose of that statute. For Many Lawjurisdictions which are common, the judiciary may apply the regulations and rules for the interpretation both to delegated legislation such as any regulations of the administrative agency and legislation enacted by the legislature for any particular country.
