in laws and public affairs, present at least three arguments for and against government regulation and deregulation issues in the united states?
Arguments for government regulations and deregulation issues in the United States:
1. Source of revenue for government: Regulations imposed are the main source of income or revenue for the government. Taxes and tariffs imposed by the government due to regulations are used on the development of society, on infrastructural development and establishment of school buildings hospitals, etc.
2. Protection of rights: without any rules and regulations by the government, the rights of many people would be exploited by others and there will be discrimination and exploitation in the society and some people would dominate others. Regulations by the government help to prevent such a situation.
3. Efficiency: without any rules and regulations, the nation would not work with efficiency, the work would not be done in a systematic and organized manner, even if we see from corporate prospective, menu corporate and banks would go bankrupt in the absence of regulations by the government for standards and quality.
Arguments against government regulations and regulations in the United States:
1. Corruption: it increases the corruption prevailing in the society. Because of rules and regulations those who actually are going out of the line, they pay some amount of money and get rid of the penalty.
2. Market forces are free: it is optically argued that market forces in the society are free and self-regulated and they don't need government regulations.
3. Suppress competition and investors: after leaving due to excessive government regulations, the investors and competitors get suppressed and leave the market. Thus, government regulation act as an entry barrier for them.
