history of Tuberculosis on how it was approached and how its it approached presently
There have been major changes in how historians have approached the writing of the history of tuberculosis over the past thirty years and multiple ways in which the topic is currently addressed. Thiere reflects many of these developments but also takes the subject into new territory by explicitly exploring continuities and discontinuities between tuberculosis now and past. To exemplify a growing feature of medical history, namely, how historians can engage in debates on current responses to specific disease problems.
In the past, tuberculosis is considered as one of the dangerous contagious disease and with out having any proper Treatment. But now it is almost irradicated from the world and also have definitive treatment. So nowadays people with tuberculosis is treating as like other patients but only precautions are available to prevent the spread. Also vaccination to avoid tuberculosis is effective now.
