how context is important in project management?
It can actually be mentioned that project context is nothing but the environment of the project operation where it actually involves external factors as well as internal factors where internal factors involved the wages, the technology, that employees etc. and external factors involved political, technological, environment factors etc and context is quite important in the project management because it actually decides how fast a project moves and with what efficiency it moves and therefore these factors should be controlled in such a way that the desired result can be achieved on the whole and for instance it can be mentioned that if there is less employee satisfaction which is resulting in less efficiency the problem must be resolved by understanding what gets the employee motivated all in all and and this can get to result in increase the efficiency on the whole and similar is the case of external factors that they cannot be controlled they have to be operated under the existing conditions on the whole
