If an Evidence is of enough quality then it can be used for application in the clinical field. The quality of evidence is graded as very low ,low , moderate and hight quality .

It is of many use in daily application in nursing field as well as many other fields .A single test evidence cannot be taken as reliable but when the test is conducted many times and when it gives a strong evidence on something then it is said to be reliable .
