Motivation is an important driving force that encourages a person/employees to give their best on their own. Motivation is a very important factor which increases the performance of employees and efficiency. The productivity and output of the employees gets increased.

Motivation is a driving force which enhances the quality of the work that is done by the employees. Motivation makes the employees always ready to do any work given by the management and they try to achieve the goals of the organisation. It raises the inner desire of the employees to do work for the favor of the organisation.

Motivation expands the level of work the motivated employees achieve. The level of work can be in terms of quality, productivity, efficiency and output. The employees give their full efforts regardless of the difficulty of the work. This all is beneficial for the organisation. So, the organisation should try to keep its employees motivated always.
