Identify three games that you have played that contain an economic concept that you have learned about this semester. You can choose board games, video games, sports, etc... but do NOT choose Monopoly (be creative). For each game write a paragraph that describes how the game incorporates the economic concept you identified (you should have different economic concept for each game).
1. Acquire
Players put resources into organizations, deliberately endeavoring to hold a greater part of stock. Organizations develop and converge as tiles are added to the board; each amusement grows in an unexpected way. Obtain has been distributed a few times throughout the years, a demonstration of its persisting quality.
For 2 to 6 players, ages 12 and up. Distributed by Hasbro.
2. Automobile
Players contend in the car business to deliver vehicles, running from low to high-esteem autos. Every player must deal with their interests in assembling while at the same time adjusting interest for the vehicles they deliver.
For 3 to 5 players, ages 12 and up. Distributed by Mayfair Games/Warfrog.
3. Merchants Of Amsterdem
Dutch closeouts rule, as players are transported to 1600 to contend in classes like delivery, distribution centers, and remote and household exchange. The mechanical clock adds a decent mental component to the amusement—don't offer too soon.
For 3 to 5 players, ages 10 and up. Distributed by Rio Grande Games/Jumbo.
