strategic structure of an organization. Operational procedures play
a significant role in executive decision-making. Primary goals of
the operational plan are as follows:
· Guidance and direction: Operational strategies guide the
decision-making process of an organization. It authenticates
whether the executive decision is right or wrong. It leads to
operational decision-making towards a direction that can ensure
profitability to the organization.
· Facility planning: Operational strategies decides a sequential
plan for the organization that provides a better facility to the
company. It encourages facility planning that helps to coordinate
organizational development.
· Employee motivation: Operational strategies motivate employees to
perform in a better way that ensures both individual and collective
development.
