If you were running the organization(Hotel Management Group), what changes would you make and why?

* Build an attractive digital platform. Because it is the trend now. Majority of the people before visiting any hotel they surf the internet and have a look at the webiste of the hotel and if it's not appealing and not a head Turner then they will not a give second thought about considering the hotel anymore.

* Allowing the guests to customise their stay. Suppose some guest may like rooms on the top floor or few near the pool or special rooms for physically challenged, play area for kids. So guest should be provided with these choices. This allows us to have a more Cordial relationship with the guest. Because guest give more importance to the experience in the hotel.

* Cleanliness is what matters a lot. People usually opt for the hotels which are clean and very well organised. The little details should be taken care off like polishing the cutlery, glassware without spot etc. All these tiny things matters a lot.

* Having a best chef is a matter of importance because a tasty food influences the guests and satisfies them. So hotel should have variety of dishes that matches the preference of the various group of people.

* Knowing our audience and attracting them is crucial. For that we must stand in thier shoe and know their needs, wants, likes and dislikes. Once we know all these we can provide more personalised experience to our guest.

* Micro influencers or influencer marketing can be done in order to attract more people. We can present ourselves in a more personified way to the people so that they are influenced to visit our hotel provided whatever we present before them the same should be existing in the hotel.

* Communication is a game changer. The way manager, staffs communicate to the guests also will have impact on the experience and loyalty of the guests. So well trained staff should be hired who can behave well with the guests and make them more comfortable.
