The word team means when the bunch of people come together for common goal. The main aim is to channelize the energy of all the members of the team and accomplishing the pre-determined goals. Its is basically multiple brains are thinking for same vision hence giving more solutions or alternative solution to the problems. The one of the members amongst the group or team is called team member.

Community Trauma Response : It is basically created within the team or by the organization to help the members in case of any outbreak or tragedies. The team of community trauma response is inclusive of any government official or any other regulatory body who work all together to overcome the tragedies of the community.

The team makes sure that the most affected Team member by the trauma should also have the opportunities to move on and recover from the trauma.

The team can be identified as having the following attributes as:

• Identification of life threatening injuries
• Surgical care if needed
• Vision of team member's safety
• Having multi tasking equipment for prompt actions

The characteristics of the for team members are as follows:

1. Commitment : The team makes efforts for prior identification of injuries if possible. The organization has made pre-determined guidelines , equipment and data or spread sheet for its members.Hence in case of any emergency they are well prepared to take immediate actions. Moreover the practice is what they required. Hence their commitment and dedication to save the community is visible.
2. Common Goals : Every tea, work together for common goals.Likewise this team has common goal to save the community and its members from any injuries or tragedies. Moreover in case they are not able to mitigate those injuries, efforts have been made to overcome those injuries and to recover the team member.
3. Consistency : These are the health officers and have deep knowledge of the best possible medication to improve the stability of the patients. They follow proper guidelines and principles and review their assistance every time.
4. Communication : They have the proper flow of communication . For e.g. The members of the team are experts in different different field therefore transfer of accurate information from one member to another is must to diagnosed the symptoms of the patients. The must characteristics of this team is therefore communication.
5. Well Equipped : The team should have multi tasking personnel and the equipment for effective treatment.
6. Nation Goal : They were formed due to increase in communal violence . The motive behind these team was to have members from polices department and health officials to indemnify the losses occurred to the citizens.
7. Empathy : The feeling of stepping into the shoes of other to understand their pain is must of these team as only then they will be able to serve better.
8. Understanding the Signals : The team members gets notified by using beeper or with any third connected person.

The team members should be able to demonstrate the immediate plan and the plan should have the duties of all the members i.e. each member should know their role properly so that there is no chaos.
