1. Scope statement - It makes the basis for building a sense of understanding between the project team with the project client (the project plan will give a more comprehensive agreement). It should cover the project justification, a renewed set of project purposes, and a list of the deliverables (measurable, objective and verifiable items) whose full and adequate delivery marks the conclusion of the project.
2. Scope management plan - It is the document describes how project scope will be handled, and how scope changes will be combined into the project.
3. Planning is a major part of a project. They are a bit detailed process. The planning should constantly be comparable with the scope of the project.
Some detail planning methods have distinct dependencies that require them to be executed in sequence. For example, tasks must be fixed before they can be registered or cost. The dependent planning methods include:
