In McDonald the line of autority if follwed. Rules and Procedure authority if followed inoder to ensure the productivity of employyess. They are framing thr rules and procedures and instructing the information to all the individuals who are related with McDonald's business operations.
McDonald's Communication Style:
In McDonal informal communication strategy if followed. Informal communication strategy in McDonalds business operations benefits more. For better customer service and organisational performance informal communication strategy benifits more.
For internal mcommunication and external communication McDonalds using different communication techniques. For internal communication they are using different communication channels such as internet and weekly news letter which benifits McDonalds to stay connected with its valuable staff.

McDonald is following Kroc's principles which benefits them in a great manner. This helps in gaining better employee and customer satisfaction and it results into less labour turnover.
