Please explain why it is important to determine early and late, start and finish schedules?

Each and every project in a business organization process a proper and effective timeline which the project needs to adhere to in order to be successful in their venture and generally the project management after receiving the project specification conduct and initiate the planning in such a way that the deliverable date is generally kept before the actual date of delivery and this time period is the buffer time to manage any issues that may crop up during the project execution process. I believe that for this to finalize, the project should be started early so that it is finished early and ideally in a project late finish cannot be accepted at all from the organization's perspective even if the client agree it should not be encouraged.

I believe that it is important in order to avoid any discrepancies in the project that may occur because of timeline defined for the project. The importance of an early start and finish is important in this context because of the same.
